Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings, reservations and events at Decorum Birmingham, 19 Kenyon Street, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham B18 6AR. By making a booking with us — online, by phone or in person — you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, please contact us before your visit.
Reservations & Bookings
Online reservations are confirmed instantly by email. For groups of 10 or more we take bookings through our group booking process, and for larger events or exclusive use please see private venue hire. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booked time; after that we may release the table, though we will always try to call you first.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Standard tables (up to 9 guests) may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking. Group bookings and private events carry their own deposit and cancellation terms, which are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Repeated no-shows may result in us declining future online bookings.
Deposits & Pre-Orders
Where a deposit or pre-order is required — for example for large groups, seasonal events such as Christmas parties or Christmas Day dinner — the amount and payment method will be confirmed when you book. Deposits are deducted from your final bill on the day unless otherwise stated in writing.
Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen is HMC-certified halal. Please tell us about allergies or dietary requirements when you book; while we take great care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and our menus may change with the seasons.
Prices, Menu Changes & Payment
Menu items and prices shown on this website are kept up to date but may change without notice. A discretionary service charge may be applied to larger parties. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
